Hibatallah Louati
She met the sewing machine at three, and fell in love with fabrics.
In her family, women sew: her mother, her sister, and all of her mother’s sisters are seamstresses. Hibatallah trained in the craft, always among the first of her class.
Today, next to the door of the family house in Menzel Jemil, she designs and sews every WHY NOT piece. Her clients say it best: they love how much she loves what she makes.
The name comes from a question she was often asked, and from her answer:
« Why not? » « علاش لا؟ »
She sews for women who know what they want. Why not you?
