Pieces are designed and made by WHY NOT Atelier in Menzel Jemil, Bizerte.

Prices: in Tunisian dinars, as shown when you order. Delivery: 8 TND.

Orders: confirmed by phone by the atelier. For a piece made after the order, the lead time is given at that point.

Payment: cash on delivery. You can check the parcel before paying.

Exchange: within 7 days, unworn with its label. No exchange on made-to-measure.

Made to measure: on the designer’s estimate; work starts after agreement and a deposit, paid outside the site.

Retailers: on quote, at least 10 pieces per model. Production for brands: on quote, from 10 pieces.

Golden threads: a loyalty programme with no cash value, not exchangeable for money or a discount.

Governing law: Tunisian law.
