What we receive: for an order, your name, phone, email, city and address; for a made-to-measure creation, your choices, measurements and the images you add; for a quote, your boutique or brand details; for an account, your email and your password in encrypted form.

Why: to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, to give an estimate or a quote, and to keep your golden threads. We never sell or rent your data.

Who processes it: the atelier; our host (Hostinger); our automation server, which forwards each request to the atelier by email and WhatsApp (Meta).

AI photos: only your cut, fabric and colour choices are sent to the image model (Google Gemini, via OpenRouter). Your details, measurements and images are never sent to it.

Audience measurement: we count visits without advertising cookies, using an anonymous session ID cleared when you close the tab.

Retention: as long as the order and legal obligations require, then deleted.
